# Depot firewall

Registers the posture reads on mux.

This page is generated from the Depot route table. Every operation carries the permission it needs and the anchor an agent can link to.

### GET `/api/v1/endpoints/{agentID}/firewall` {#depot.firewall.getEndpoint}

**getEndpointFirewall answers one machine's newest posture.**

AN ENDPOINT THAT HAS NEVER COLLECTED ONE IS A 404, not an empty posture.
Absent means unknown here, and a page handed an empty document would render
"nothing open" for a machine nobody has looked at.
