# Depot projects public

Registers the public project surface.

This page is generated from the Depot route table. Every operation carries the permission it needs and the anchor an agent can link to.

### GET `/api/v1/public/projects/{token}` {#depot.projectsPublic.wrap}

**wrap is the envelope every route wears, and it is the pipeline of PROJECT_CONTRACTS.md section 4.6 in that order.**

A COPY OF sales_public.go's wrap AND NOT A SHARED GENERIC. The pipeline is
forty lines and its ORDER is the contract; a shared one parameterised by base,
404 body, limiter set and shape check would obscure which check runs under
which base, and the one thing this file must be readable about is the order.

THE HEADERS GO ON FIRST, before the shape check, so the 404 and the 429 carry
them too. A 404 is still a response this origin served to a browser, and a
tokened URL whose error page leaks a Referer has leaked a live link.

#### Parameters

| Name | In | Type | Required | Description |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| `token` | path | string | Yes | |

#### Responses

| Status | Body | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| `200` | None | Success. The body shape was not resolved; see x-outpost-unresolved. |
| `404` | `application/problem+json`, ProblemDetails | This project link is no longer valid. It may have expired or been withdrawn. |
| `413` | `application/problem+json`, ProblemDetails | That submission is too large. Shorten it and try again. |
| `429` | `application/problem+json`, ProblemDetails | Please wait a moment and try again. |
