Depot server
Builds the MSP (practice) face over apiMux, the table buildTenantAPI built from the same deps: the control-plane API with the path-scoped tenant subtree, the public quote, share, project and survey surfaces, the sign-in surface, and the SPA, wrapped as SelfPin, then Console.Middleware, then DevAuth, with LicenseGate(DetachTenant) around the control-plane /api subtree.
This page is generated from the Depot route table. Every operation carries the permission it needs and the anchor an agent can link to.

Cached for five minutes at the edge and revalidated with an ETag, because the file is a few hundred kilobytes, it changes only on deploy, and the audience includes agents that will fetch it on every run.
