Emails to clients
Section titled “Emails to clients”Payment emails go to the client’s billing contact, carry your branding, and link to your client portal address when you have one. Each is sent once per event, however many times the system retries.

| Your bank payment is processing | A bank payment is accepted but has not cleared. |
| Your payment did not go through | A payment fails after the payer left the page, an autopay charge is declined, or a bank payment is returned. It says when autopay will try again, and links to pay another way when it can. |
| Automatic payments are set up | A client authorizes autopay. It carries the exact authorization and a link that stops autopay. |
| Automatic payments are off | Autopay stops, by any route. |

| Your card on file expires soon | The number of days in Warn before a card expires before a saved card expires. |

| Upcoming price change | A scheduled price increase’s notice falls due. See Add discounts and annual price increases. |
The invoice email itself is unchanged, except that it carries the pay link. See Invoice clients.
