Notifications
Your notifications are a feed of things that happened to your work: a ticket assigned to you, a client reply on your ticket, someone mentioning you in an internal note, an SLA about to be missed, or a timesheet that moved. Each person has their own feed, and chooses which kinds also arrive by email. This page explains where the feed appears, what goes into it, and how delivery is chosen.
The bell
Section titled “The bell”The bell in the header shows a count of what needs your attention. Open it to see Your notifications: your latest 10 items, unread ones in bold, each with its client’s name on the MSP plan and when it happened. Below them are the live counts for alerts and other queues the bell already showed.
- Select an item to open what it is about, such as the ticket. Opening an item marks it read.
- Select Mark all as read to clear the feed.
- Select View all to open the Notifications page.
On the MSP plan, an item about a client’s ticket opens inside that client.
The Notifications page
Section titled “The Notifications page”The Notifications page lists every item from the last 90 days, newest first. Choose All or Unread, select Mark read on one item, or select Mark all as read. Items older than 90 days are deleted.

The three timesheet kinds appear only in MSP mode, where timesheets live.
You never get an item for something you did yourself, and you get items only for features your plan includes.
Every category goes into the feed until you turn it off. Email defaults stay as they were before the feed existed: the client reply email is on, and no other category sends email until you choose it. Other email notices, such as invoice and alert emails, keep their own settings.
SLA warnings and breaches come from SLA timers, which start on their own. See Service level agreements.
